ERC-404 tokens are on the Ethereum protocol standard that combines aspects of ERC-20 and ERC-721 tokens to create "semi-fungible" tokens. ERC-404 tokens allow non-fungible tokens (NFTs) to be fractionalized within the Ethereum protocol, allowing for fractional ownership of NFTs up to 18 decimal places which can be bought and sold on Uniswap (from a locked liquidity pool) or on Opensea.

FLORIAN REINHARDT is a director, producer and filmmaker. Flow, as he is well known, races around the world leading a fast-paced, intense life. As he traveled the world, Flow was unconsciously drawn to the diversity and beauty of the EXIT sign. He photographed his first EXIT sign in 2008. Over the years, through a very profound and thorough self examination he has uncovered what he started unconsciously and over time brought to the forefront of his consciousness. As a true artist, his expression of the journey of why we are unconsciously drawn to things and how we grow from understanding ourselves, is a true work of art. Flow’s collection of 1024 EXIT signs is omnipresent and internationally understandable.
RUDOLF BUDJA, while working alongside Jean-Michel Basquiat in ArtArea NYC, was inspired to enter the art world as a collector and dealer of contemporary art. Over the last 30+ years, Rudolf has become the most important Austrian independent art dealer, curator and collector of his generation. When Rudolf became aware of Florian Reinhardt’s photos, he immediately saw through the layers and identified the power of EXITART’s message and impact on the world. Rudolf has literally catapulted Florian Reinhardts’ creative skill and ability into the international art market. Showcasing his works in Miami, New York, Paris, Shanghai, Tokyo, Salzburg… just to list a few.
EXITART has been exhibited all over the world, and beyond: Red Bull in Milan, Soho House, THK Gallery, Till Breckner Gallery, NOTAGALLERY, Buchkunst Berlin, Art Miami and the Lunaprise Museum on the surface of the moon in 2024 among other prestigious exhibitions.

EXIT and a fashion piece, that became an art piece
(in collaboration between EXITART and the brand Sprayground)
on the surface of the Moon in the Lunaprise Museum.
